Hi Profe, tell us who you are in three words!

’Profe’, what does your name mean?

Profe was born from the classic hip hop stereotype of the ego trip where you have to be stronger than the others. Profe is an abbreviation for a professor, reiterating the need to send others to school.

When and why did you start painting?

I started indicatively in middle school but the first contact I had seeing a gigantic black guy tagging with a Pilot on a bus at Prima Porta station. I started because the restlessness to begin to split the city had become too much and especially to contribute to the culture that saved my life.

Do you have a reference style?

No, I take inspiration from anything other than graffiti.

I know you have Latin origins, what differences do you notice between the Italian and the Hispanic scene?

The Hispanic one I think ahead light years, it will be for the lifestyle that there is, which is at a completely different speed.

What kind of spots do you prefer? Why?

Whatever, the important thing is to push the name

What do you think the graffiti world gave you?

It took me off the street and kept me at the same time.

During the covid-related quarantine, you got to experience something new in style?

Of course, but only because I had the opportunity to focus on a stylistic research h24, which still does not satisfy me and maybe will never satisfy me.

What is your dream? Do you have in mind future projects related to this world?

My dream is to have my name everywhere, as Saor said: ‘’I wrote so that you would read me in every place, in every street, at all costs I imposed my name on you!’’
